Pink Wave Summer Tour: Our trip to join our PinkWavers in Greece
This is no news that each year our expert colleagues go all around, leave the Pink Wave Office, and come to join some of our PinkWavers in Greece. That is an amazing time for us, with so many discoveries. Our tours in the resorts are meant to connect with all our teams, be there, feel the atmosphere in flesh and bones, and tackle any issues of the season together. It’s so nice to be a part of your routine, see your work, and attend Pink Wave shows.
But, before talking about our super tour, we have to explain why spending time together is so important and visiting your reality.
So, take your seat and come catch up!
First of all, going around to see some of our teams is one of our most valuable priorities because we want to be present in each moment of your experience as PinkWavers. All of us, from the Pink Wave office, lived and faced the same circumstances you’re facing now and, because of that, we’ll overcome them together.
“We wanted to be present to help them to achieve their best and enjoy this experience to the fullest. Also, we wanted to help them to redo things better than before, and to learn more than just techniques, but values to take for life giving them the opportunity to”
says Steven, our Key Account.
Talking with our guys this year we discovered interesting things! Wait, we are very sorry to disappoint you because we’re not talking about GOSSIP - even if the PinkWaver life is really crazy and exciting.
We’re talking about many talents we have discovered this season! A lot of PinkWavers are feeling so comfortable being themselves, which, for Luca is not a surprise at all:
“We had the opportunity to see our PinkWavers at the peak of their splendour, all of them living as if they were in their natural habitat, feeling free to be whatever they want to be perfecting their particular qualities and talents. I’m very proud of our teams.”
Moreover, another important goal for our office crew is to have the opportunity to meet our PinkWavers face to face and not only by a call for administrative subjects.For us, the key to being a family is spending time together and knowing ourselves better.
"It was absolutely fantastic reconnecting with our new PinkWavers in person, and such a joy to see so many familiar faces who’ve been with us for years, ready for another exciting season. Seeing how much everyone has grown, from their early Waves/Day One day to becoming incredible entertainers in the hotel, is truly heartwarming",
said Elena.
Our Pink Wave Summer Tour went also around other places and it uncovered the real meaning of the word “magic” as Giulia, our artistic director, wisely reminds us:
“Making our job as PinkWavers means giving everybody around us the possibility to be happy, to smile and to feel alive. This is what magic means for us this season and this is the emotion and the feeling we’re committed to transmitting whether we are on stage or off it, in every moment of a PinkWaver’s daily life.”
So, organizing this tour was the way to express our sense of community in which Pink Wave, at all levels, is and must be involved realizing that what we do makes a difference!
